Hey! I'm Luke and I'm a 23-year-old Writer and Digital Marketer. I'm originally from London but currently reside in Peterborough, UK. Having always been intertwined within technology, my passions and skills have taken various forms over time. From spending all my pocket money as a child on iTunes, learning to DJ, and blogging throughout university, I've always been connected to technology and its trends.

My affection for music has forever taken a central role in my personal and career-based interests. I created original music in my first years of university, had my song played in the Turner Contemporary Museum, created and performed an art installation at a UK sound festival, and later presented the festival on stage. I've organised, promoted, and hosted live events, and have also written about music through various mediums.

I have over two years professional digital marketing experience, have worked as a reporter for a newspaper in the US, published numerous articles, and run my own music blog.

I began writing in my second year of university as part of an online marketing class, this soon became a hobby of mine which evolved into my current music blog. Stemming from this I've written pieces addressing

topics including LGBTQ+ issues, environmental concerns, and news-based reporting.

I first learnt the intricacies of digital marketing at University, but grew up closely analysing the social media use of musicians and celebrities. Taking various media classes throughout university helped me hone in a talent I picked up as a teenager. In 2018 I performed at the Ramsgate Festival of sound where my social media work was noticed, I joined the team for the 2019 festival season and have now worked there for over two years.

Aside from work, you'll either find me travelling, reading, or writing. I've travelled across Europe and been lucky enough to experience a lot of the US. I use travel as a means to learn more about the nuances and differences in society and to develop my understanding of the world. I've also worked as an English teacher in Northern Germany which has helped me to develop my linguistic skills further benefiting my professional skillset.
